Not Doing What Works
Every now and then I fall off the wagon. The wagon is doing the things that work for me.
This could be going for a walk, drinking enough water etc. In this case the thing that I stopped doing was writing my paper to-do list. I talked about it being superior in this post.
The home list comes and goes, I'm OK with that. Some days I don't want to do anything extra. I've already had work tire my brain out for the day. It's the work to-do list that has suffered in the last week. Not having that written down has reduced my productivity and had me jumping across different tasks a lot more than normal.
Now is not the time to be slacking. I've got some things that have deadlines and I'm over here stuffing around. It's time to get the items listed and to get the work done.
1st task: Write the list.
