People Quitting
I don't know about you, but when someone quits a job at your work there always seems to be a lot of other movement. It's just started happening today at my work.
A senior manager who for lack of a better word has cock blocked things for us in a roundabout way in the past is off to a new job. It sounds like a made up role, one where you could bascially do anything in regard to the role. Be interesting to see how she goes.
The other one that cropped up today was a guy who manages a team that's part of our wider team. He's taken up a role within our office on our floor. One that's similar to others, but not exactly sure where he slots in.
All rather interesting. Interesting to see who fills these roles. If people I work with will move around, and what it means to me trying to get fairer pay for my team.
I'm keeping an eye out for something that might be more interesting than what I am currently doing.
