Doing Things that Feel Right
Over the years I've done different things, projects is what I like to call them. They are a random collection of ideas that have come to be alive. Some have taken longer than others, some are works in progress and others well they just die off.
I know that sounds vague as. I know I don't have them listed here. Just trust me on this.
Sometimes people ask me how do you make money from that? The real answer is sometimes you don't. They just exist because I thought they were a good idea, they might help someone or I just wanted to do it.
I know money would help. It would help me. Probably to buy more things that I need.
But when the first question people ask is how do I make money, I don't think that person and I are on the same wavelength. They aren't my people. I'm sure they are nice, succesful and doing some sort of great things (or maybe not), they just aren't my people.
I just do things that feel right for me.
It means I'm involved in different things, known for other things and always have something I should be or can be working on.
Writing here is one of these things.
People that aren't wired the same would still ask, how are you going to make money from this?
I do feel that if you do things that are interesting to you, that scratch the itch and feel right to you, money may follow. Maybe.
I dunno. Maybe I am wrong about all of this. Or maybe there is many different ways to approach this thing called life or hobbies or projects. Do what you want, don't be a dick and have fun with whatever it is you want to do.
All of these came across my mind as I'm sitting here creating something that I think is a good idea and I hope others will too, when really I should be going to bed. Get ready for that thing called the day job tomorrow.
